For me the framerate is about the same, but in sniper vision it drops drastically.

Don't base it on this test, it's not optimized in it. Wait for 8.0 test for the true, optimized renderer.
Also check your graphics settings, mine defaulted to all maximum/no AA
I think I will set mine to default as well, it still randomly crashes after updating drivers.

My FPS was at 15 when it's regularly at 80-100 on medium
Get into the WoT test, click Connect!, and it just says Connecting... and never goes anywhere. Anyone else get this?
They seem to have changed the ding marks a little, for the worse imo. Now it's just a round slab instead of the "V" style old ones.

The game stopped crashing upon switching graphics mode to old gen.
Well, can't connect at all any more. I'll try again tomorrow morning. Physics look very promising, sounds are ok, new render engine feels unfinished, crappy performance and the bloom overkill is ugly.

when i click connect it will sit in the queue for maybe 30 seconds and then say you have been disconnected from the server, making me have to click connect again

Answered my own question by looking on the world of tanks forum. Apparently this version of the test server is only for physics, not balancing, so at the moment it sucks.
