World of Tanks - SIEMA PL?

Start a match in my 13 75, looks like it's going to be a pretty good match (Prokhorovka, assault as attackers). Merrily work my way to the front lines in the north, peek over the railway to spot their tanks, realise I'm more use down south and then get ammoracked by a fucking hummel whilst travelling at full speed in the defile by the tracks.
Shouldn't have been camping, I guess...

Some lines to maybe avoid as a beginner;
The entire french line. Early stuff is meh, hard to work with
Pz35>38>38Na line. First two are great, Na is difficult because it doesn't know what kind of tank it wants to be.

Easy lines(in my experience);
- People here seem to like the PzIII line. The PzII is a great tank for its tier, Ausf A is difficult but the III gets better. Just ask here for help
- Most TD lines are easy to pickup. American one is nice because the T82 has the massive derp cannon(10.5cm). Also leads to turreted line, which is awesome in my experience.
- SPG's are also somewhat easy. I don't really do SPG's though
- And lastly, the T-26>t-46>T-28>KV-1 line is great. The T-28 is hard, but the KV-1 is [I]absolutely[/I] worth it

After a few games of teammates hiding behind rocks failing to shoot the enemy as I'm soaking up damage for them, fuck it I'm becoming a lemming I don't care if I lose

Low tier games are full of people who find the best strategy is just to camp at base

Rush the KV-1, they are getting rid of the T-28s 85mm next patch. Without that, that tank becomes shit.

I am personally alright with it - T-28 is alright with 57mm, perhaps even the 57 being preferable, but you should notice KV lost 107 and 152 (moved to tier 6 on KV-2), SU-85 lost it's 107mm and T-34-85 lost it's 100mm (I guess the replacement gun is better than the rest of stuff they had).

Again, I think that it's not a bad thing, it's silly that the two tanks designated with in mind 85 didn't really use 85 at all, and KV and T28 were both overgunned as hell, but I want to point out an interesting trend.

They need to buff the 100mm tbh. It's worse than German long 88 in every aspect, and there's no reason of mounting when you have the 122.
