Personally, I hate using the Maus and love the E-100. The Maus is a slow brick great for supporting the team, problem is, most of the time the "team" consists of a bunch of idiots. The E-100 is a bit faster, with weaker armor, but has a good gun (just aim for the weak spots) and amazing side skirts.
Either one can be made almost invincible using the corner trick, although I would say the E-100 does it a bit better; the real difference is, the E-100 is actually a somewhat scary tank (at least to me) where as a Maus is more of "oh, it's just a Maus".

I have no problem killing a maus, but then again most of the players who use them are completely retarded. If you actually angle and wait for the right times to push, it can be a really effective tank.

Please tell me how to hit the "weakspots" of an IS-7 or IS-4 at over 100 meters with a .4 accuracy gun? Thanks in advance

Super Ultra Protip: IS-7s and 4s have next to no weakspots on the front, besides the lower hull, which is nearly impossible to hit at range. And up close you're shooting down at it increasing its effective thickness.

Except pubbies are stupid and when they get to the IS7 they think you're suppose to angle the front to bounce which only makes it easier to penetrate. The second an IS7 stops facing you directly, a bunch of weakpoints are exposed

Just my luck I get all the smart ones then. And sure, you've never had problems with IS-4s. Try again with a gun with 235 pen and you'll see what I'm bitching about.

It really doesn't work well for me, I can't hold the urge to use all the speed it has so I end up running into enemies firing track-seeking shells and then I get destroyed by everything above T5 because I have no armor.
Same thing with the T-50-2, no matter how far away I am from those pesky T10 mediums, they'll fire a shell right into my left track.
I prefered the JP E-100 even after all the nerfs.

Ok so assuming you're playing the tank smart and not trying to outsnipe a smaller tank with a faster and more accurate gun, the e100 can easily take down an IS4.
It's not hard for the tank to penetrate the IS4 from any direction if the shots can be placed accurately, and any decent angling will make most of the pubbies retard out and do no damage. Yes I don't own an e100 but I've played dozens of matches when Eli was using his and he was able to penetrate all of the same weakpoints I would be shooting at in any of my t8-10 tanks.

That's because Wargaming blatantly fucked the E-100's lower glacis, remember?
I don't know if this happens to everyone but, as soon as my kv-5 hit 400 battles people started hovering around me alot more, i just had a friendly e-75 and two 1948's follow me into the enemies flank and they did my bidding.

I THINK you may need premium to get through it. Or like, 3 kills on average every game. It's a damn good tank, but the repair costs amplifies the hurt of those 1k shell costs.
