How autistic do you have to be to play artillery, to fixate yourself on one target, and make sure above all else you try to kill that target irregardless of how much health they have or much of a threat they are to your team's chances of winning. Christ. They're all self-entitled too. I want to fucking murder them all one bye one with my fucking bare hands and maybe a steak knife.

Better in planning, but not necessarily once in game.
In this case, and the situation we wound up in, Eli's E-100 was better. Both him and I had clear shots into the side of the T110's on the hill where his 150mm could tear them apart.

Replacing an e100 with a t6 arty for reasons other than countering enemy arty is pretty stupid and can make a big difference.

And having the E-100 firing into the sides of the T110's made a big difference too, to the point where it might have gone the other way.
When was the last time we successfully used a plan against a competent team who didn't rush. Seems every battle I'm in in such a case, half the battle plan is on the fly.

really the B-4 S-51 can have around the same effective damage as an E-100, the map and the need dictates what you take.
E-100 is a wall, it stops things, but a wall is useless sitting out in the middle of flat field, where as arty excels at killing things in the open.
Do you need a choke point or do you need to break one.
Regular tanks > Point and click adventure tanks.

We replaced it for a reason. We were afraid it wouldn't have enough of an edge in combat, as in in DPM, to be good on an open map. It just so happens that having a chunky tank with a large brick of HP for ultimate wars of attrition is good. I might ask to get a couple (keyword:[B]couple[/B]) German T10 heavies from now on to be accompanied by tanks with bigger guns and a tad less armor.
We chose the S-51 because we thought we needed more arty.

People are more inclined to shoot at a Maus, Simply because it is hard to Destroy.
and the B-4 is effective at murdering pretty much anything it hits, and non pen HE damage is comparable to what the E-100 can put out.

So I checked our provinces owned and saw that Netherlands has a gold income of 240. What exactly is the gold income? Is it one-time gold given to the people who took over the land or what?
Goon has a tendency to spontaneously decide that certain tanks which used to be considered good are now bad. I.e. T110E5.

When we put our HQ on it we get 240 gold a day, or 10 an hour. Certain provinces are worth more than others.

The purpose HQ serves is that if you lose it, you can't attack for 3 days or so.
