I think the 8 second reload on T20 with the 90mm is a bit too much. Right now it has a DPM of 1500, even the matilda has a higher one. Even the IS would deal more damage and more reliably too (better pen.)
7 seconds would be cool, just like on M18.

M18 is a TD. It has no armor and no health and needs the gun to be worth anything.
T20 is fine.

I just feel that the gun is so underpowered right now. I can't take on any other tier 7 mediums, even a t-35-85 can do a lot of damage to a T20 before it can shoot back again.
