I honestly didn't think the M5 Stuart was this good. One-shotted both arty, would've had another kill if a T-28 hadn't parked in my view.

The best arty is a dead arty.
Though if you really really want to go that way here are the choices, gwe for precision/ armor or something, 261 for fast firing and fast in general, t92 for splash hammer of doom, frenchie for shotgunning.
Let me get to the M103 and I'll have played through all the original tier 8 heavies and will be able to tell you that the KT is the best.
As someone whos only post tier 6 heavy experience is the Lowe, I'll say the T32 is probably the biggest pain in the ass to fight. KT is close, but T32 edges it out with a noticeably better profile.

Batchat155 with HEAT is literally a more effective TD than any of the other T8/9 TDs, gunwise.
Some russian in a T-50 tried to teamkill my SU-152.
He kept dinging me all over with his autocannon. He didn't do a single point of damage. While he was trying to kill me for 5 minutes straight, I killed two enemy scouts and heavily damaged a T29 + T-44. Totally ignored him. He tried every spot on my tank except the front, trying to find a spot where he could actually pen me. He got bored and left to bother another guy instead
Holy shit that was an amazing match, Himmelsdorf in Encounter.
First our team was getting their ass handed to them but we managed to win it.
KV-2, Tiger and me, a M18 managed to destroy the enemies even though we were outnumbered.

The T-50 with an auto-cannon is a surprisingly good anti scout. In fact, I`d much rather fight a T-50 or T-50-2 with a 57mm than the autocannon in my chaffee. 46mm of penetration is more than enough to go right through it.

I'm late but you have to be doing something wrong if you have that kind of win rate with it. Its just easy mode, 67% win rate and 2153 efficiency

The IS-3 is a [I]completely[/I] different tank than all the other tier 8s though, especially since it's not slow as shit. It's the best in my opinion, see where opinions break down when you add the adjectives "best" or "better" to them?

Not to be mean, but it sounds like you guys just suck in the tanks.
Can't do well in all tanks. Even if you're good overall there's bound to be some tanks that you just suck in because of playstyle differences. You should accept that and just go play another tank.

Yeah I'm kind of having that problem because I'm so used to the sniper playstyle of German TDs and it makes harder for me to adjust while playing other tank types.

we advanced through the city on lakeville late game, totally empty except near their spawn where we encountered two KV1s blocking the road. we didn't do anything wrong, the arl is a piece of shit. even the jgpz could have shit all over them.
t49 three top guns in two days. this game is actually fun!
