Might be just bad luck on your side or rather the choice of scout tank you got.
Been having a blast myself in the t-50 drifting all over the place helping out team mates when I can and in return they help me out.
Though gotta be a bit careful with the drifting, almost drifted off the hill on mines yesterday.

Uh can't you just go to each crew's personal section and retrain all the crews you have to premium tank crews then

i tried what goon said but it doesn't seem to work. they're still red. i put my churchill's gunner in my kv1s and it behaved like a normal crew swap.

A few tips for the valentine:
1. When facing fellow valentines, shoot them in the turret face if their turret is unangled, or the engine deck. Otherwise, ram them and shoot the driver's optics.
2. Don't face M3 Lees.
3. Or Hetzers.
4. Or AMX40s.
5. If you leave extra effects on, you won't be able to see ANYTHING in close quarters fights.

Half of my SU-100 rounds are wasted by default due to the tank being slow as shit and not having any view range whatsoever. So it's really just Toddler Babysitter Simulator 2012. Because if any of my teammates around me die the tank is just fucking blind to everything. Whats the point of having a tank with an OKAY camo rating and NO view distance.
Also I just lost like, 7 rounds in a row
not just losses but BAD losses where we lose 15-3 or something similar; this is horrid; I'm seeing Löwes go frontline facehug and I just kicked an full HP E100's ass when I was being hit from behind and by numerous other tanks behind the E100 and I still managed to take down 90% HP off a PattonA1 before I got raped by 6 tanks including Patton because my damn Löwes thought they were IS-3s; plus none of the enemy team knew where to aim against my IS-4. Another instance is I raped two Batchats at close range because they didn't know where to aim against my IS-4

Not just 7 losses but the shit I see both teams do is horrendous. I ran up to a VK4502 in my 1390, ignored him, ran past him, went up to arty and nabbed a free kill
all the while 4502 kinda sat there and missed all his shots. I was going in a straight line too goddamn, and approached him from an open field.
Also people who camp East/West when the opposite side clearly has the entire team rushing
The pushing physics is fun though. My friend in a KV-5 managed to push an 1390 off a cliff :v:

It can fuck up your day...with a bit of luck. But can it see you? It's going to have a goddamn hard time seeing you in the first place. But lets say it does happen to see you. It might be able to still fuck up your day, but it's also going to have a really fucking hard time getting to you at all. It can be dodged 100% simply by moving. But what is it doing most of the time? Not fucking you up; usually it's just sitting there waiting for something to do. It's also reasonably hard to see itself actually, but once you see it you can kill it pretty easily, and there's truly not much it can do to fight back, nor can it even run away.

okay okay that said I'm still enjoying myself in the tank. It's pretty cool, despite the tier 8 matches it likes to get into. I don't even have the D-10S yet. Maybe it'll achieve the same "Predator" status my M18 seemed to get.

i just lost ANOTHER duel in my chaffee because for one second while I was out of first person circling a T-43 I put my reticle over the very tip of the gun, and that caused my shot to go way over his engine deck due to the parallax effect (no other way I can think to call it). The Gun shouldn't be a fucking targetable entity in 3rd person mode, that's really dumb. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me while circling tanks.
