I haven't played WoT since it was released last spring (played tons of it during both closed and open betas) and I really want to try it out again.
What have been the major changes? Are the physics any good?

Yea, my main curiosity was that in addition to having paper armor, it might be made out of swiss cheese as well. It has a lot of little viewport bits on it.

I just upgraded my Ferdi with the last engine, which means I can now start working my way to the Jagdtiger.
I also sold the SU-85 before I was going nowhere with it, now I'm saving money to get the T49 so when the Tech Tree Focus comes on I'll be able to get it and then I'll start grinding to the M18.
Is there any way to stpo getting put into assault game modes?
Me and my friend both have the option unticked but when we platoon we see assault game modes still, sucks.
Also what's the new button for marking targets you're aiming at? I could swear it used to be 'T'

Go to settings, the option to disable Assault and Encounter should be in there.
You have to hold Z now and use the command rose.

It's under the game tab, you have to be in garage I think and it only applies to Tier VI and above.
You can't disable the assault and encounter in platoon

Hope they implement it soon, assault is a nice idea but not when you're sharing the task with 80% of a retarded team composition.

So how is the Hetzer holding out with 8.0? I was thinking of rebuying it but I am not sure. I also had an itching to try out the M8A1. It always seemed like a tank that would do good in the right hands.
