Though it does take longer, maybe 15-30 seconds for me, and rarely about a minute. When people start getting their accounts from the transfer, there will probably be more people.

Over 9300 accounts transferred so I'd wait until they are processed before counting numbers (48hrs, apparently). For now, it might be useful to see how much NA has dropped - if someone could post the NA population in 3-6 hours from now, that would be cool.

The additional plates don't actually work as spaced armor (hitbox is identical to normal panther) and it has a shittier engine than the normal panther, only thing it has is rate of fire (4.5s reload with L/70). It's gonna be one of the shittier premiums around.
