Churchill is an awful basis of balance [b]in my opinion[/b]. It's OP as fuck and it's easymode. [b]I own one[/b] and I think it's OP as fuck. It can take so much shit and deal so much shit to even tier 6 tanks, and can really ruin a tier 7s time if you're competent.

more of a temporary loop hole, when it gets the Hull 75mm it will be able to stand up to tier 5s on an ok footing.

B1 is pretty useless in tier 5, that's true. It's okay in tier 4 if it can avoid Lees & Hetzers, etc. My 8-kill B1 game was almost entirely tier 3s.

Just remembered, first game of 8.0, playing as a VK2801 with a friend on KT. I rush towards their lines and see an ELC near the out out of bounds, turn wide to slam into his side figuring it would be a funny show of physics for my friend.
Instead I hit him, did half his health in damage, then physically pushed his tank onto it's side and into the out of bounds area, killing him :v:
I'm doing so bad with the IS-3, and I don't understand why. Every time I play with it, it feels like my teammates don't exist and I must fight everyone alone.
My win % with it is only 50% after 112 matches.
My hit ratio is 82 % though, and average XP is 778. But it's so infuriating how many times I get fucked over with this thing.

I really don't have much trouble destroying Churchills in my KV-1. Fighting other KV-1s is godawful, though. Everything either bounces off or is quickly eaten up by the ever-hungry suspension on those things.
Still, on that note, what tank should I get after the KV-1? The KV-1S, the KV-2 or the T-150?

KV-1s for IS-tastic gameplay (agile heavy tanks with hard hitting guns), T-150 for slow armored fortresses with hard hitting, more accurate guns.
KV-2 for trollul.

I drive out in my t-43, show that he's the only one covering the entire area of the map.
Teammates still hide, I die.
8 heavy tanks (including a t29 and a tiger2) hiding from a single TD watching me die.

I sure hope the russian mediums have enough HP to last. Armor is good but I never bounce, so I just care about HP.
Also churchills are hardy but I usually can kill them without much trouble in my StuG, or at least leave them hurting.
I think I've run into a slight issue. The SEA website doesn't seem to have Clan Wars, ergo I can't rejoin FP. Welp, was nice knowing you folks.
