The only light I worry about is 13 90 since it has good chance of taking a shell and living.

To me, the AMX 13 90 isn't that impressive. While it can ruin your day, it can't do it so easily on the move like the other lights can. Beyond that, its autoloader prevents it from transitioning from targets easily like the others can.
I only have one problem with 13/90s:
Their side seems impervious to any HE shell >152mm for some reason, they always survive when I throw a 203mm shell at them.

Well the entire side (except turret) is covered with tracks and spaced armor (pink), making HE not penetrate.

It'll be treated like a T8 scout. T10 matches always.
So NA has two specials at once right now. Tier 9 TDs are half off till august 1st, and a bunch of mid-tier stuff gets the usual discounts and 2x credis. Crew exp gain rate is doubled, too
