Kinda depends, I'm not looking to go above tier 8 at this point (can't afford premium), so which one of them is the best front line Blow Shit Up and Tank Like a Boss style tank?

T-150 / KV-3 are the heavy heavies, slow and unremarkable but reliable. If you want to push the line that's where you want to be. KV-1S is fast(er) with a powerful gun, but soft. I haven't played past it so I can't comment if you'll like IS / IS-3. KV-2 has the troll 152mm with ridiculously long reload so you can ruin someone's day but you can't really afford to get into trouble either.

IS-2 gets similar guns to the KV-1S, its highest tier gun basically just being a faster firing version.
Its frontal armour is pretty good, Its sides and rear, not so much.
Good speed and maneuverability for its size.
