I'd like to remind you the Glorious Russian TD also gets no fucking armor at all while the camo is actually worse than the 704. All that while still being slower than the foching Foch.
It also costs 90k XP more to research for some reason.

No, I disliked the Pz III. I could never get the hang of it, and didn't do well until I got rid of that stupid derp gun(which didn't happen until shortly before the III/IV). And while it was great fun in Tier IV and lower matches, I always seemed to get high tiers

I say, don't give KV-5 more pen. Give it more accuracy and do something with the darn RD2D. Either buff the armor on it or make it half the height or something.
It's quite ridiculous to have highly armored tank and an obvious "SHOOT THE WEAK SPOT FOR MASSIVE DAMAGE".

...Yeah, some people just don't do all that well in the PzIII. I don't know, I thought it was one of the worst, most horrendous tanks I've ever played but maybe that's because it was one of my first Tier IVs.
Maybe it's the fact that it can park behind any tier 7 tank and shoot at it for a minute straight and do minimal damage while the Tier 7 can simply one-shot your ass

It is a decent tank when stock, just as long as you have a team that doesn't leave your as behind to get flanked. Right now it is painfully slow, so I can't wait untill I get tracks, a better gun, and one of the engines.
Just saw a gw tiger decrew a 100% is-3 in oneshot leaving it at 67% health and out of battle.
Really scary considering all the arty that's out playing tonight.
dickermax + bad ruskie players is a great combination for awesome
in my Dickermax I murdered a Jagdpanther, KV-2, and a T49 from full health each, alone, without taking so much as a track damage, and royally fucked a Tiger P over before he got my rack
Finally got the VK4502A's final engine.
