Goddamn the KV-13 is boring and it hurts me inside so much, I just want to get the 22.2k out of the way so I can get the T-43, suffer with that and then finally enjoy the rather good T-44 and T-54 and the climb to the T-62. I've got an IS-4 and an IS-8 already but I want to get a T-62 because seeing the gun stats blew my mind at how imbalanced, in a sense, it actually is. Or I could just buy my S-51 and be a dickhead.
Who knows some good perks for a crew to have for a TD?

I have found one downside though. it is shackled to the team. Because it has no armor it cannot do force recon on it's own, it's totally reliant on the team's ability to scout targets for it, which goes as bout as well as you'd expect. this is why they should really make View distance=Spotting Range instead of this shady vague value buried in the game somewhere.
They should rework visibility by which I mean remove dumb invisible tanks slinging shells into me from 200 meters away. Mechwarrior can do it and they have vastly less money than WoT does.

I'd like it if you could see tanks at any range, but only have them highlighted with health bars and such when "spotted", and make damaged modules visible e.t.c. Only issue is that that'd make arty more of a nightmare, though I suppose you could keep them using the old system. (or in the ideal world, remove them or make them do everything based on co-ordinates and grid references, no magic camera from god :v:)

You see the icons of the tanks on a map showing their general location and they don't update unless you can physically see them. Arty has way to much information as it is, we need to make it so they're shelling "AT" the enemy not directing GPS guided munitions from orbit.
Or remove arty and have TD's take their role.

Even though it's obviously never going to happen, I do wonder what kind of reprecussions would be in store for Wargaming as a company if they dropped artillery entirely and favorably compensated the people with grind in that tree. I figure *maybe* a couple hundred premium players would stop paying and quit, which is a tiny fraction of the playerbase anyway, and the net gain from people who want to play the game without having to hide behind rocks the entire game could probably cover that.

It took them more then a year to write some fucking code for a matchmaking system
