I know the feeling all too well. Every time I track/slow a heavy hitter or something that could destroy our team, I mark it in the minimap, I pray to the Ukrainian Gods of Programming, nothing. Not a single flanking friend to help me out and as such I usually get THE DICK.

New MM will treat you better. Most of the time I face only a few VIII's and those are Lowe/KV-5/T34 types that have easy exploitable weak spots.
Like the guy playing the tank.
Most of my wins come from those matches. When I can kill the Gunner, Driver and the Commander on a Prem heavy, he usually gets himself killed chasing after me in a rage.
My losses all come from when I have a sudden brain lapse and forget that I have no armor.

Me and two friends doing 3 man churchill platoon, for no reason at ALL shoots at us 3 constantly through the match. Then when we die, finally decides to shoot enemy, his reasoning. Because we "Lemminged" towards the enemy, on assault....and we were attackers...

Chieftain actually does carry a bit of weight, being a military specialist, and therefore very knowledgable about tanks. I remember he actually managed to get something changed a while back from his, and a few other people's, research.

Matilda Pros:
-Small
-Spaced armor on the sides, it eats everything
-80mm turret armor all around
-76mm does good alpha and can load in 3.13 seconds or less
-Aim time is faster than the Churchill
-Quite a lot of health for a T5 med (610hp)
-Second best gun depression in the game, bested only by the Dickermax (by 1 degree)
Cons:
-Only goes 24km/h
-Lacking penetration (~86mm)
-Doesn't fire as fast as Churchill, although it technically does if you count aim time
Churchill pros:
-Fantastically trolly front armor
-Tracks are huge so the eat all the shells
-Engine compartment is all spaced armor so it hardly sets on fire
-Gun can fire at ~1.87 seconds IIRC
-Good penetration (110mm)
-Reasonably quick (27km/h)
-Lots of health for T5 (700hp)
Cons:
-Turns really slow compared to Matilda
-Very long with turret in the middle so you have to expose more to shoot from corners and whatnot
-Aim time is considerably longer than the load time, this means if you want to be accurate you are negating the fire rate bonus over the Matilda
-Not much alpha

Premium tanks are basically required if you're going to use a Tier 8, 9, or 10. Because I have to use my Lowe to help pay the repair and resupply bills for my Ferdinand. It's also why I kept my Tetrarch.
