I somewhat feel guilty when I leave a company for one with a better salary, my old employers keep messaging me to come back to them. Is it considered an ass move to just leave companies like that?
It's a game. Just like real life, you wouldn't keep working for somebody who paid you terrible wages if you don't know them. Get the best job going.
Scientist, I'm getting more and more people asking me which companies are owned by FP. Can you update the Company List in the OP with moffe's, Charm6000's, and Nystical's companies?
Looking to join in the fun, but on the sign-up screen there is no Korea. Where do I go?
gave all my goldz to scientist, I'm quitting
I just joined, my username on there is the same as this one.

Done.
So is anything happening still?
I'm in.
now people are working at my company i actually have some diamonds to sell, 160 on market and 160 spare
Glad to see the new influx of members. I'll update the list.

I believe so. I wish monkey would post more often though. It's been over a week since he's said anything. If the Koreans haven't responded yet then its safe to say that whoever we're sending our messages to is either a) isn't reading them, b) horribly inactive, or c) doesn't know shit about diplomacy

Be sure to read the entire OP. You haven't yet because it specifically tells you to state your e-Sim name to us when you join.

On the Sign-up screen, Citizenship means which country you will join in the game. It is not asking what your RL citizenship is. Select South Korea and pick a region and you're golden.
gave all my goldz to scientist, I'm quitting
If nothing is going to happen soon, I'm gonna quit the cause too, and move to Israel to play with my friends.
Ok joined. My username is Mortson.
Tralfamadore.
If we can't get anywhere with Korea, can't we just move to some other tiny shithole, like Chile?

We are really established in Korea in terms of our business ventures. It would set us back at least another month if we had to relocate them. Still a good idea.
hey charm ill buy all your diamonds from now on so you can hire more people and get more diamonds.

True, but it'd be a shame if us Lithuanians had to make new accounts just to join Korea. Not when most of us have spent over a month. I'd rather not lose more people because nothing's happening.
Does one in game day pass in 24 hours? And just joined Glorious Diamonds.

It's what we try to work out right now. Lithuania has lost it's world power domination already anyways.

Yes. Real 24 hour cycle.
I have to apologize, for a couple of things. First off, nothing is happening, which is part of where my minmal posting stems from. On top of that, as I mentioned before, my RL has taken a ton of my time over the last few weeks. For this reason, I think it would be best if someone else took over my role, and I am sorry I did not hand this over sooner. I just do not have time to dedicate to prodding an uncooperative government into cooperating, while I am having to deal with so much and finals are approaching. Hopefully after finals, and as summer roles around I can be more active, but until then e-sim is not my priority.
To whoever takes over this job (probably Hidole or Scientist, unless they want to delegate), I want to let you know that everyone I have talked too, has lost interest in talking nearly immediately, so it is just as well to start off on a fresh foot. Also my intuition says that many of the eKoreans are RL Koreans.
I apologize, but hope all of you understand.

I think it's safe to say its a mix of all 3 with those who I have spoken too, but I think it will be best to wait until after the new cabinet takes office to reestablish communication.

Also, Ill try and help as much as possible if people need my help. Just send me PMs and Ill do my best to respond. However, I fear I may just be an old time player in a new players world.
It might be a good idea to just delegate a few people at a time to send in applications to join eSouth Korea. The turnover rate seems to be pretty high and I don't think there is any hostility towards them allowing in Lithuanians anymore. This is mostly based off what Monkey has said. They are disorganized (besides Ernesto Jeon) and we can likely get a lot of people in during this Congressional session.
Just as a pre-mention, you don't have to be located in South Korea to gain citizenship.
some guy just bought 1000 gifts from me, with me earning a profit of 0.14 won per gift which is pretty low but better than nothing.
LET THE COUNTDOWN BEGIN!
We. Are. Facepunch!
We will NOT let an indecisive government stop us from helping out. Even though you are labeled as Lithuanian you can still work at a Korean company.
On Monday, 7:00PM EST, the Great Migration shall begin!
(This just means don't travel before this time point, only after)
All Lithuanians, save every last penny and convert it into gold.
To travel, click the word "Travel" next to the flag under "Location" in the bar that displays your name, avatar, stats, etc. Select South Korea from the dropdown menu. For region, it is entirely optional but I recommend North Chungcheong as it is in the middle of Korea, serving as a good buffer in case of an invasion.
Make sure you work BEFORE you travel.
Lithuanian money will be useless after the migration.
You can then reconvert your gold back into Korean money if you wish.
I trust our companies will be prepared and ready for the coming influx of employees by this time?

That'll probably scare them shitless, but it sounds fun. Just be sure to publish an article that is like, "we come in peace".
What should I do about my Poland Company? Can I still get people to work there if I migrate to Korea?
Yay! Awesome!
when do we get to all work 1krw?
What should I do about my Poland Company? Can I still get people to work there if I migrate to Korea?
Yes, you can manage it from across borders. Migratation time!
I see a lot of RL Koreans on the game. (Obvious because of the Korean.)
I think they're probably planning to try run the country as well. I could always talk to them or something and see what's happening, I know a few of them from eRepublik.
Glorious Grains isn't on the job market. I joined as JoshB.
