Just beat it an hour ago.
It got repetitive like bioshock 1, but only very near the end.

I've played about 2 hours or so and I just wanted to say that you really do miss 1/3 of the game if you have never read Atlas Shrugged. Ryan's tapes are almost exact quotes from the book. A=A
Bioshock 2 is one of those games I wish I had the balls to play.

I've never understood why people think Bioshock is a scary game.
I am a giant wuss, I wouldn't watch a scary movie if you payed me, yet Bioshock doesn't scare me. It doesn't even have that many "HOLY SHIT THAT SCARED ME I'M SHITTING MY PANTS" type parts.

Main gripe is it takes all the tediousness from constantly throwing powerful enemies at you and respawning for scare use of medkits and amplifies it by having you kill about 3 Big Daddies, and doing 6 harvests per level. Instead of new gameplay mechanics they've just taken what was kind of annoying about Bioshock 1 and made it more annoying.

I think, in terms of gameplay, this game is a lot more fun than the original. I'm having a blast so far, nothing has really gotten old. I love the feel of the weapons; especially the rivet gun and the shotgun. In the original weapons seemed weak and pew-pew-ish, while in this one shots feel solid and enemies drop to far fewer shots. I also really like the option of disabling the vita-chambers; means you can't just repeatedly rush tough enemies over and over.

Bioshock's not in-your-face scary, but it has a creepy atmosphere. I have to admit the sequel isn't as scary though, since the player pretty much knows what's going on, not to mention you play as a big daddy.
there is nothing more satisfying that shooting a splicer in the head from a distance with the spear gun and watching them fly backwards head first into a wall

Guys is there a way to lower my sensitivity even more with some other program, lowering it on windows works sometimes but sometimes it doesn't and i can't figure out how to make it work properly ingame.
I play with low sensitivity and i can't hit shit.

Models? No. Textures on the other hand do. I had instant texture load on all max, but then I switched to medium to get more fps and they were slow at loading.
Anyway, in both games in the end you reach to the outside world, will bioshock 3 feature something else, or again Rapture? OR there won't be bioshock 3?
Damn it keeps crashing. Mostly the entire computer, but sometimes just the game.

Also, I've been noticing that there's a lack of dialogue in this game. In the first game Atlas or that lady were always talking to you, but in this they barely say a thing. Maybe that's why I'm not following the story.
Is this game compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows? Cause I still can't get multiplayer to start.

Then I tried to pick up a little sister and nothing happened. Couldnt save it and I was stuck staring a little sister in the eyes. Sometimes my plasmids get stuck too, I just change it using F* button. Helps for me
