its usually because there are people that think dedicated servers are vital to multiplayer games nevermind the fact that doom didnt have dedicated servers and was the pioneer for online mp games
i think these people need to chill and realize that dedicated servers aren't perfect, but neither is matchmaking. they have their own advantages and disadvantages
So consoles get offline multiplayer but PC doesn't?
