Hmm, I'm either going to use the Gold Sawed-off and Gold Lancer or the Chrome Gnasher and Chrome Retro Lancer. Is it possible to unlock the gold retro lancer in the full game? Because I keep hearing mixed reports about it.

Haze looks pretty damn sick. Downloading now. Weird. It says it's free, but when I try to download it, it says This Purchase: 240 MSP What you have: 280 MSP I thought it was free?

Well, my Xbox still works so I went and preordered the game. Now to just wait til after classes tomorrow.

It's funny, I've been watching beast mode videos on youtube for the last week, and pretty much 98% of the people sucked ass at it. Seriously. There was only 1 or 2 people who were good. I haven't even played beast mode yet and I bet I could do better.

I'm going to the midnight release at my local gamestop. Sleep comes secondary after gears.

I was planning on entering the tournament in my local gamestop but after I heard it's gears 2 wingman I'd much rather not. I don't like gears 2 gameplay at all, I'd much rather play it in gears 3 when I actually don't have to deal with nonstop bullshit. Fuck I just realized I missed the free download of the hazy skin pack because I was an hour late.

Am I the only one who thinks all this weapon skin business is kind of stupid? In Gears 2 the only weapon skins were the gold weapons, and those were for pretty dedicated fans of the series. Now there are like a hundred different skin sets, and nobody knows how to get half of them, and so now having a weapon skin doesn't mean you're good or you're a fan of the game, it means you bought something off the marketplace, and it's just stupid. I don't think they should be releasing all this pointless DLC like they are. Link the skins to unlocks in-game and then give us characters and maps or something.
