That was from just last page. You should probably read the thread before you post.
That was from just last page. You should probably read the thread before you post.
You do realize I was referring to the pre-order characters, right?
And you should probably make sure that the link isn't a non-existent page before you post.

I say that the green skins will be available as DLC, and you tell me that it isn't confirmed. That isn't me misunderstanding you, that's you just... Not reading my post correctly.
Also, source right above you as well. Don't be a smart ass, you didn't even bother reading the thread before you posted.

You responded with, "They probably will."
That is you misunderstanding me, and I admit that I may have misunderstood what you were posting when you responded to him.
So maybe you shouldn't assume I didn't read the thread and call me a smartass before you actually take the time and see that in the very first part of my last post, I addressed that I was talking about the pre-order characters.

Saying 'they probably will' doesn't really lend itself to confirmation. Saying that the skins will be DLC will. So him saying 'Oh I didn't know they'll be DLC' is referring to the codes, since I said that those were coming out as DLC for sure. Nobody knows if the pre-order characters will be DLC. I didn't say they would. Nobody did. So you saying it isn't confirmed kind of goes without saying.
Either way you didn't read his post or my post correctly.

If you actually take the time to read the posts, you can see how easily it can be misinterpreted to where you were talking about the pre-order skins, and his reply was directed at the fact that "They probably will" become DLC later.
Either way, you didn't read any of my posts correctly either.

How could you even read his response as directed at the pre-order characters?
Pre Order Characters Conversation
"The pre-order characters will probably come out as DLC at some point."
"Oh I didn't know they were coming out as DLC."
Green Skins Conversation
"The Green Skins are coming out as DLC."
"Oh I didn't know they were coming out as DLC."
Gee you're right it's super hard to tell which one makes more sense.

Well I managed to score one of those Liquid Green Metal codes from Jack in the BoX... Wonder if I can get a Savage Kantus somewhere for it. Unless the Pre-order skins will be DLC at some point.
They probably will. Besides, nobody is going to give you a really rare Savage Kantus for an extremely common Xbox code. I've been giving those out like candy for the past week. It's also been confirmed that they'll be DLC in the near future, so, yeah. I don't think you're gonna be able to sucker anyone into that deal.
Nowhere in his post is the response "They probably will." appropriate except the end where he's talking about the pre-order characters.
Is it really that hard for you to understand?

I understand what you're reading, I'm just not understanding how you think his response was regarding the DLC characters. 'They probably will' is directed at the DLC characters, but when he said 'Oh I didn't know they were coming out as DLC' is referring to the weapon skins.
Is it really that hard for you to understand?

Is it really that hard for you to understand?
DLC was mentioned for both the JiTB skins and the Pre-order skins.
Pre-order: Armed bear's post which you responded to.
JiTB: Your response to his post.
I'm finding it real hard to believe that you still can't catch up with what I'm saying.
Should I keep trying to explain it to you or are you just not capable of understanding?
Person 1: Do you not understand?
Person 2: Do YOU not understand?
P1: No, do YOU not understand?
P2: Are you capable to understand what I'm saying?
P1: Is it too hard to understand for you?
UNDERSTAND. The main word used in arguments :v:
Moral of the story: You should probably read someone's post and double check to know what they're talking about before you yell 'That's not confirmed!'.
Well, I've got 500 points off them so far.
Wish I could check what I got, the the Xbox site's still fucked up for me.
Grim, first it's you and hexpunK now you and Yoozil, i'm starting to think you like debates or people don't like you? All i know is i like you but the debates are still shit, can we just keep them to a minimum please?

I don't really think it's either, but I guess I wouldn't really know if I'm not popular. Nobody has ever told me so. If I see an opinion I disagree with, or someone making a mistake, I disagree with them/correct them.
Isn't that what internet forums are for?
[editline]13th October 2011[/editline]
Besides if you think I argue a lot, you should visit the Sensationalist Headlines subforum more. Argument city in there.
Well i don't so i think you argue alot.
Still like you though.

Okay.
I'll try to stop disagreeing with people for you, pooky bear.
No one wants to be defeated.
Started playing GoW 3 on hard difficulty, succeeded through the whole first chapter and, for funs and nostalgia, I played Gears of War 1 for a break. I thought it would be a good idea to crank up the difficulty from Casual to Hardcore (n.b: only three difficulty levels, hardcore is the second one), and I got a major ass whoop by everything that lived - I sweat to got the first enemies you pass by after the whole tutorial are so powerful it's unplayable, they explode your face with three bursts, you have to empty two lancer magazines in their face for them to die, and you can't be revived.
I just noticed it, but this series actually got easier as time went on.

You could never be revived in Gears 1 to begin with (singleplayer) unless you were playing on casual.
[editline]13th October 2011[/editline]
By the way, Kryll part was literally the hardest part of the entire fucking game (gears 1) Fuck the Junker and fuck that inaccurate UV Turret.
Finally got Prescott. Now it's time to yell "ARE YOU STUPID AND BLIND???" whenever I go DBNO in Horde.
I don't know why he keeps saying that. He should've only said that for friendly fire not when he gets downed. It doesn't make any sense to be saying that when he's downed.

All.

Fuck that Halo 2 Legendary is some straight up hard stuff.

I don't recall ever being revived in SP, even in Casual. It was possible in Coop but like 9 times out of 10 it's direct death with no chance of getting up.
The Kryll part was particularly easy on coop because you didn't have to switch between the vehicle and the turret, both players could control it.
Also, Epic improved a LOT on the atmosphere and pretty much everything. The sound is annoying (everything is low, but every time an enemy grunts it destroys your speakers) and the cutscenes are painfully laggy.

I'm pretty sure Halo 1 was easier than Halo 2
Also Demon's Souls / Dark Souls
The difficulty in Halo was retarded, the higher the difficulty the more health they got, the more damage they dealt and the higher their accuracy was.

Nobody said otherwise.

The sound is only messed up for the Brumak for me in Gears 3. If it's anywhere near me and starts walking around/moving where it should be loud shakes, all I hear is fucking static and crackling with the rumble sounding faintly in the background.
Also the sound you might be experiencing is from your tv sound settings. Everything sounds fine on my end except for the fucking Brumaks, the grunts are not as loud as you describe them (hell they're not even that loud)
The Kyrll part with the junker was easy for me. I just drove, didn't use the turret. I never died and didn't really get hit.
On Gears 1? You went that entire trip without using the UV Turret and didn't get hit? Bull, shit.
