I still can't stand the fact that this game is Xbox-only. My friends like Gears, but almost none of them owns an Xbox. It's a shame that Epic will never release a PC version.

I think it may be released on PC a few years down the line, but if I remember Epic aren't really enamored with using the PC as a gaming platform due to rampant piracy.

Well, Epic did release Bulletstorm, but was published by EA. Gears is published by Microsoft and I guess the company wants more exclusives. Thanks a lot, Microsoft.

Even with nerfed XP in KOTH, you still get about 200,000xp (equivalent of 1 level per match) If you enter a match and there are 5 human players, they are almost certainly looking to boost. Just pull out your smoke grenades of peace to show you are interested. You can probably get it in horde, though. Just make sure to do the security method.

Oh god. The little lasered area with the Scorcher. Get in there, impossible to die. Tickers either blow up near the switch (fail AI programming, tickers try to Activate and they activate their kablooee) or on the laser, without damaging you if you're at the very back of the area. WIN! :v:

I think you will have to do absolutely NOTHING but boost from now until then. Even doing the horde method will not suffice.
