what does this question even mean?
not all of the devs have amazingly sexy voices/high quality microphones. Some of us have been on the voice acting team since the mod first started, and I [i]think[/i] most other roles have been filled.
There is always going to be demand for voice actors.
If all of your voice actors are college aged white males how are you going to voice all of the female characters in the game? That could get really creepy :ohdear:

and then th89 asked if i could pull of a george thorogood riff with my slide guitar and well.. it's history since then. im in the credits even if i don't play a character.

There is a free edition of Endorphin now that I think about it, the learning edition. Not sure if you can render things out though. Also, aren't those very, very expensive?
LE cant export animations, and yes, licenses are fucking expensive, I just happen to own one from work.
