Just like every other night, New New York has once again opened up another torrent of water. Heavy rain fell onto plastocrete, like artillery shells, sending up large splashes of pollutant-enriched water. It washed away all the colors and pedestrians there were on the streets - and although the streets were bleak and empty, if you know this place by heart, you'll know that it is the best possible state it could be in. The water kept putting out my cigarette every few minutes, so I had to choose between wasting the entire pack or to resist the temptation of narcotic. I had enough credits for a pack once 'll get to the Badda Bang, so for the rest of my journey, I wasted the rest of the pack.
Finally I saw the Badda Bang's signature sign, and I knew that the end of the pack was just beginning of my problems...

You can always yank em from the particles folder, and drop em in Gmod. Joazzz says it's possible to mount particles to the stool, but iunno. You can also go into the particle editor and change the name of the rain particle to a different one that the tool already uses.
