Well, you aren't going to be a mod again, right?
:iiam:
Whatever, generic human company. WIP, to be improved and to be made sense of.
Omnisortium
Omnisortium is one of the major multiracial Galactic Production and Service companies within the known universe. It is in possession of over 400,000 various patented, copyrighted, and branded technologies, products, franchises, sexual positions, literature, video-, audio-, and sensory materials. The company owns numerous holdings around the galaxy, and its Board of Investors consists of almost all known sentient races, except for few that are not able to join due to certain [reasons||Slugs] and [restrictions||Salahari]. The current CEO of the company is [Timur Hartman||Timur Hartman], who despite for his relatively old age, shows no wish to retire much to the dismay of most members of Board of Directors.
History:
Despite its current size, Omnisortium is a relatively recent company with roots on planet Terra, from the early expansion period. The history of the company begins with a young boy who built a lemonade stand next to a recently opened starport. One of the recently arrived alien tourist groups has became interested in the earth-based product and purchased the drinks. Due to the chemical balance within the tourist’s race, the Lemonade took property of a highly addictive hallucinogen. A few months later and a galaxy-wide ban on natural lemonade, the companies current CEO Timur Hartman had changed the focus of his business to aggressive expansion in all areas of market, using the recently earned large sums of credits as a solid base for the firm. Soon after almost monopolizing the Earth’s economy (leaving only BuildConstruct ltd, the leading producer of cement and related products, whose secrets technology Omnisortium was unable to reproduce or outmatch) the company expanded into the alien markets. From that point on, the company expanded up to its current state and size.
Economical Influence:
Omnisortium is one of the major companies of Terra-based origin within the known universe and one of the first companies to reach Level 25 Expansion Permission (“Allows for commercial and Protective- and Contractive-Military use of a star-system without extra limitations imposed on the system.”). The company in itself is a hierarchical tree with thousands of various companies cooperating, interacting with outside companies, and following the orders from above-standing companies, and ultimately the Omnisortium Command. Each inside company is given a lot of independence as long as they follow given orders. Despite this unorthodox approach, the company is able to increase its already large credit gain, every year on, since its creation.
Despite the anti-monopoly laws enacted throughout a number of inhabited, colonized, non-existing, and destroyed worlds and areas of space, Omnisortium has numerous times had thrown out a number of smaller, competing companies out of the market, by inertia of simply entering the free market. This forced the company to pay seemingly huge amounts of credits to various government entities, in the annual sum, equaling Galactic Income of a single, densely populated planet over a period of 10 years. However despite such setbacks, the company still develops rapidly, completely encompassing major, minor, and insignificant inhabited sector as well as a number of recently colonized worlds.
Products and Services:
While Omnisortium is well known for a number of products and services, a number of them stand out the most.
First is [Merchbot||Merchbot] , a mobile credit-to-product trade platform. Taking products directly to the costumer, Merchbots are a daring move to cutout the annoying middleman, through use of FlashedSale technology, which allows the customer to choose what they want to purchase, directly. Protected by layers of tough armor, Merchbots are able to traverse battlefields and gang-fight affected areas, without any fear for their own well being. In case of a direct attack on a Merchbot itself, it would deploy a powerful repeater weapon that is able to end 600 lives a minute, using state of the art energy weapon technology. If the enemy does manage to overwhelm the merchbot, 10 KG of stable, yet highly explosive substance, well hidden within the Merchbot, will be activated, destroying the Merchbot, its merchandise, the attacker, and anything else in close vicinity of 250 meters.

Glad to see you're back, TH89. Cool mod too
I also cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix Hammer to work with Galactopticon. I'm not a mapper but it's a pain in the ass to not be able to test things out.
Probably a stupid question, but did you set up a new config, under the 2009 engine, and navigate to your galoc-whatsit folder?

I'm gonna take a guess and say that it is something to do with Valve updating stuff lately. Maybe some of the .dlls need to be replaced by Valve ones or recompiled?
So, what's that weird dart-shooting weapon you can get with impulse 101?
It's the bolter. It won't appear in the first level and there are no concrete plans for it later on.
