I've never been kicked out of mod teams for drama, I've worked on 12 mods spanning across Doom 3, Half Life 2 and an indie game on UE3, The reason why I quit was because some important matters came up and well I can't work on mods forever.

The internet is in general a font of drama. Such can arise even from something as seemingly innocuous as creative/designational differences on a mod project. This is probably related to GIFT, also known as the Greater Internet Fuckwad Theory.

In order to work with other people on a mod, it helps to like the other people you're working with. When you have constantly conflicting ideas, grudges or maybe you just don't like the other guy, that's really hard to do.
This is from my own personal experience, but I'm sure Sn1pe's got his reasons.

Replace every particle with the rainbow rating.
You should make some of the levels incorporate a future psuedo-facism to slightly reflect Half-Life's Combine Metro Cops but in a more humorous aspect. I'm sure you could come up with some satirical faux propaganda to go with the future setting. You guys said you were receptive to good ideas... so if this doesn't qualify I won't be heart broken. But like I said, I'm sure you guys could get creative. You already have the funny slogan on the cop cars, that's just a small start.
I very much agree. It might not be exactly subtle, put that's a part of what makes it funny.
