I think no boobs makes sense.
She is a reptile after all. And it also makes her look more tomboyish which fits her ex-marine background.
Very much agree with above. She's supposed to be combat-capable, and I'd think that's a little hard with a pair of funbags hanging off your front. Besides, people would ask about the inclusion of jiggle-physics were that the case and the Devs don't need to do more coding.
