Visually it was rather stunning but I didn't find it anywhere near as fun as say, Serious Sam or Painkiller. I like silly and fun games but this isn't that fun. I got bored with the stupid swearing and the gimmicky scoring. It's good for a while but it dies down way to quickly.

An example of a truly "Generic" game would be MoH, a blatant copy of COD4 with the labels ripped off and no new features to set it apart from the competition.

Man, EA tries to be nicer than what they were in the past and this is how they get rewarded. This really won't go well with the board of directors. I can just imagine them saying: "Let's turn this company back into a locked shithole so we won't lose our precious profits."

And yes, they've got a nifty point system, but it's still a generic fps where you shoot people, i can't see the hype about it, at e3 my face was :what: , same as with my other friends. Which means he played it long enough to get sick of it, even though he enjoyed it at first, meaning he has had it for atleast a decent amount of time.
