The crysis 2 leak was an exception, but only because it was such a peculiar case.
This is pretty much standard for every game out there.
It's probably a setup from EA to track down all the pirates!! :O

Portal is not a FPS, it's a first person puzzle platformer. And Halflife is a terrible example as it's still a "fps where you just shoot people".

i just played a demo of the game on PSN.

4 days is nothing. That's typical for most titles. Retail employees can easily get their hands on the games a week before release.
