I used a public RSBot script for mine. Arbifiremaker I think. Fist of Guthix for the most part.
I got banned and then unbanned, still have my Firemaking.
Point is, I was probably banned for Red Spider Eggs/ Essence Mining. Firemaking seems to be farely safe.

Arbibot's suposedly are detectable, so it might be the FM script.
All bots are detectable, some just less than others.

This was over a year ago though, would have been fine. Point is firemaking is a farely isolated activity and is far quicker than botting other skills. It consists of 3 clicks per action, so it would be fairly low on the detection scale.
^ luke, maybe not bannable but you can tell if someone is using a bot. It comes down to the fact that they arn't human.

Still depends on the bot used. Assuming all the bots were high grade firemaking would be harder to detect than the others. Just because it doesn't have to walk very far, in most cases it won't have to walk by itself at all just right click the banker. And getting stuck on objects is fairly hard when you're always in one flat place.

That specific account was botted in f2p so there was little loot involved. The script isn't mine either.
