I heard that the old wilderness might be coming back, as well as no trade limit. If this does happen, I may start playing again.
Although I would miss the guidelines on the Grand Exchange. When I play, I sell things at the lowest price, because no one ever buys them for anything else.

I make a profit off of buying raw sharks and cooking them, then sell at high, always gets sold within 10 minutes.
I might play around in the Wilderness when they bring it back but other than that, I don't really see any point to start seriously playing this again.
Seriously there's really no point in PVE because it's just grinding each skill and half the people take the point out of that with botting so

Also even this does go through and we do get free trade back, the GE wouldn't be going anywhere, it existed for almost a month before free trade was removed and it worked fine
