Yes. As long as you entered combat with hati, you will be eligable for loot. I got head and paws on my first kill but i ehar they arent 100% drop.

Yeah, I got both of them in one drop even though I did most damage out of three people. The drop percentage is around 80% or something according to wiki, just kill it with other people.
He didn't even have to kill it, he hit it and bam, drop.
