I'm guessing that they've got some kind of system that ranks one sided trades based on things like whether the accounts are considered friends, how much wealth is being transferred, and whether the accounts have connected through the same internet connection in the past.
They probably pick a few of the highest ranked trades and look through them manually, I can't see them looking through every single one, too much work.

Is there any way I can trace someone via a Runescape name? I'm trying to get some details on someone, but it's an alt account that doesn't appear in the highscores. Any ideas?
Shit I just got a Roll-back, they made my Cooking lvl 10 and Woodcutting lvl 22 :/
I only botted cooking at lvl 51 and Woodcutting lvl 70 :/
So yeah i got about 10k salmon in the bank so to get my lvls back to what they were will take about 4-5 day.

I managed to once, he had his first name in his account name, i was on about quitting and he was after my account, pretended i wanted to get to know him and found out enough info to quickly google up his address and telephone number.
