Nope, Jagex is quite the dick when it comes to account retrieval. Every time I do this it finds some small detail I missed and wont give me the account because of it. I'm going to try and get the Agreement ID and etc. tomorrow so I can recover it faster.

SVN has some damn fine scripts built into it.
Not only that but you can also get some DAMN fine custom scripts and very good antibans for it.
