You can alter values with cheat engine clientside but it dies shit all since the values are still normal on server side

I just spent 200K on Rune Essence to craft Air Runes. Was this a good idea?
Well I just logged on my old account that I made a long ass time ago, I can't find where it tells me when I made the account but it was a loong time ago. I believe it was hacked because my friends list is not as full and I don't recognize a single name, on top of that I have a bunch of items I don't recognize either.

Crisisx is a good private server ~400 people on most of the time, I play it a bit.

Ive been using RSbot on one of my side users that i made a few days ago
Is it really safe?
Im thinking of using it on my main, which I bassicaly 'grew up' with on runescape - making it 6 years ago..
So far the bot has got me to 41 mining, 50 wc, 35 range in 3 days, not running full time.
It seems to work well with the scripts i choose.
But is it realy safe? I only use it on one account, etc, and never over do things.
Also, another question, some custom scripts i have downloaded for it, but they dont seem to work.
I download them, save them as a .java in the scripts section, compile them, they all get compiled sucessfully, but, the scripts dont show up anywhere in the selection list?
I remember Moparscape servers that instantly gave you the 99 skills that you wished, and you could get pking equipment almost for free.. Those were awesome servers, too bad they died out and got replaced by the useless as shit skilling servers.

They're safe for the most part. I've been botting for the last two months and haven't been caught. The trick is to just babysit it and occasionally talk to people. Another trick is to bot for 3-5 hour periods then take a break for an hour and come back to botting. If you want to feel even safer after your break bot another skill for a few hours. The only way you get caught botting is the behaviors the bot does and the amount of time you bot.
As for the scripts make sure you're putting them in the RSBot Script folder that is located in My Documents. Do not put them in the folder that you use SVN Update. In the My Documents RSBot folder there is a compile-scripts file you can click and if the scripts are all correct it should be successful.
I do that, and it says that they successfully compile, but the scripts dont show up anywhere in the script selection
