Theres an option on the bottom menu for a Drag Screenshot.
Itll freeze the game, and you drag out the area over the trial, thats cropped and saved to a screenshots folder, no wasted space in any sense, only what youre trying to show is shown ;)
Or use the snipping tool in Vista/W7.

Impossible, you only get rune stuff from lvl 3 scrolls.
Yet I managed to get a guthix helm, I still hate the kid that hacked my account.
