I killed elvrag at level 50 with just a rune scimitar, antidragon shield and an inventory full of cakes. The level 50 did't mean much anyway since I trained all my combat skills equaly back then.

OH I remember how I used to think that Attack level = combat level and that the mithril scimitar was the best in the game because it was the best one in Zeke's Scimitar shop...
I trained at the men in Al-Kharid for money to buy said scimitar, but IIRC only reached the Steel Scimitar, because I apparently died and quit. thinking that it was permadeath.
Why I died is unknown to me... I never learned of the existence of Varrock or Draynor until I made a new account and got to around 30-40 combat by training in Al-Kharid and Lumbridge :buddy:

Edit: They're unagresive to me at 92 cb (p2p) 86 (f2p)
