Jagex does a global search with those stats, checks black marks, checks for any flags, checks equipment and then checks botting-like activity. This all can be done pretty much instantly.
There's probably a deeper process, I don't know I'm not fucking Jagex. If you want to post your botted stats and get banned, more power to you. But how about just not being a retard; I've been botting and playing Runescape longer than you have been so toss off.
