Here's a little opportunity for the EU Tier1 users:
All my friends have already preordered Portal 2, and I want to spare some money, so I'm going to buy a 2-pack. It costs 61€ (81€ for Tier 1), and you only need to give me 30€ in order to get Portal 2, so that you can spare 15€. In order to be "trusted", you need to be registered before 2010 September and have at least 400 posts (might do exception if known alt). You need to have a Paypal account to give me the money.

STS: Steam Translation Server. It's exactly what it sounds like, except it's not an actual server as much as it is a community service (I don't know why it's called a 'server', exactly).

Mine was re-enabled. Basically they only disabled you if you were in the Portal 2 chat and were reported by a bunch of crybaby steam users.

It's assumed that you can link your PSN and Steam accounts together, meaning that it just gives you Portal 2 over steam.
That's kind of annoying, due to my retarded download speed and download cap.
So, can I pre-load it? I somehow pre-loaded CS:S before without doing anything, so I assume it's possible.

Did someone with CS:S log into their Steam account on your PC?
If so, that's the reason.
