I agree with earlier posts. If you have PC, get Orange Box. If you're planning on getting The Orange Box on a console, don't do it man. RDR would be a better choice in those circumstances. -nodnod-
Rockstar ports nearly all of their games to PC in due time.
Yeah but that's like 6 months away probably?
RD:R, simply because it's just more fun to play than a standard generic team vs team FPS in a cartoony style, it's the truth.
RDR isn't on PC, you know.
Red Dead Redemption is the better game overall, if you compare it to anything in the Orange Box, but that's just my opinion.
Orange box. 5 games that will keep you playing for weeks/days, after that i think you got enough money to buy Red Dead Redemption
If its for the Xbox, don't even consider the Orange Box whatsoever.
RDR isn't on PC, you know.
So..?
Red Dead Redemption is a great game in my opinion you can do all kinds of stuff but with the orange box you get 5 games and you'll be caught up with and in love with the half life series but only get it for PC because if you dont it wont count towards you owning the game for use of the stuff in garry's mod Merry Christmas :P EDIT: oh and im not sure if its still happening but i think you can get portal for free because of it being the first steam game ported to mac so if your getting orange box for that DONT
Get Red Dead Redemption and then save up for Orange Box by yourself.
Orange Box for PC. If your PC can't handle it, get Red Dead Redemption for 360/PS3
5 great games=$20 vs. 1 great game=$60 What part are you confused about?
5 great games=$20 vs. 1 great game=$60 What part are you confused about?
RD:R is only 50 bucks. and besides the only good game in there is TF2, because once you finished HL2 you'll only play it once in a year maybe less.
The Orange box is meant to be played on the PC in my opinion. So if you plan on getting it for any of the console versions, just go with Red Dead Redemption.
Go for Orange Box, man. Not only you have 5 great games, but you have a plenty of Source mods.
Well I've never played RDR, but I've been playing the orange box since '07. So my vote goes to the orange box.

I would say Red Dead Redemption wins the race by a millimeter, but if it's at all possible I suggest you get both.
