i teleported out of an instance and now it's stuck in a loading screen. how do i make it load damnit

ToT heroic has maybe two semi-difficult pulls. thats about it
So I just used my rocket boots in utgarde pinnacle, the room with the animal boss, and they malfunctioned which shot me up through the roof and I watched my friends killed the proto drake boss on the roof.
I joined a guild yesterday. Today we did some dungeons and a raid (which took 10 minutes [uh]) and a few hours later I became guild master and everyone was leaving. So I looted the guild bank and disbanded it. So far I have gained 200 gold.
