It's called a Wind Rider. Horde default mount.

I don't know whats wrong with my wow I choose to load up my character and it won't finish loading.
Has anyone got a solution or had a similiar problem? And also i've tried deleting the WTF folder and restarting.

Does it happen with old chars only or does it also happen when you make a new char, log out and try to load that one too?

turn off full-screen glow (or a similar effect. Last time I fiddled with it was a few years ago and the interface has changed a lot)
As a side note, this also gets rid of the "drunk" blurring effect.
