Heroics are piss easy in cata. (I mean they are a challange but not wipe 25+ times hard) As long as you know the fight and so does the rest of your team (And you have decent gear.) then you will be fine.
halfus hc is fucking easy compared to conclave

finally someone who isn't bad, guild is ~400th in world? nicely done. only just getting back in to raiding myself but guild is floating around 800th. you working on heroic conclave? how are you finding it, did my first raid since wotlk last night and were giving it a few shots with the spare time we had before calling the raid, seems pretty chaotic.

mind you most of the chaos seems to be from the fact there's 25 people jumping between platforms and it's working out a bitch to get all 25 where they need to be at the right times etc
For real success, you need commonsense, people who can put out as much dps as they can even though there aware and moving and shit like that. ooo and healers who know how to heal and dont spam Flash heal, regrowth ect. (oom all the fucking time)
