Just sit in SW until launch, then head to Mount Hyjal or Vashj'ir by the quests given in SW.
Prot paladin for leveling, prot paladin for tanking.
Me and Blaster do a two tank thing and we queue together and dps the shit out of everything while one of us gets aggro, we kinda trade off aggro throughout the entire fight.
Lots of AOE damage so many chain pulls.
