After playing both new starting zones in the beta, I'd have to say the worgen zone was underwhelming compared to the goblin zone.

wasn't the exact same with blackwing lair gear in BC, and sunwell gear in Wrath

They don't restart, Cata just gets activated. Log out and in at activation, but not from your account, just from your character.

Well, it was kinda same at Vashj'ir, took me 30 minutes just to kill 8 nagas in a group of 5 players.
