Umm.. I myself started this game again couple of days ago. Atleast to me it seems.. refreshing, the way the vanilla areas have changed and quests revamped. There's now more than just "kill 10 of those and 5 of those" -quests. Also the leveling is so much faster now. At best you just gain levels while running the instances with the help of the dungeon finder (best damn addition to WoW ever). What's most important is that I'm actually having fun. Like I used to have when I first started this game 6 years ago. Everything seems new and other players are just as amazed as me (It's new for everyone).
New Race/Class combinations bring something to it aswell... I do hate to see Tauren Paladins or Gnome Priests though.
My advice is: Try it out, roll a new character and have fun leveling with new surroundings and quests.
