I am pretty sure the achievement completes without 150 after a hotfix. They need to release a client fix to change the UI.

I keep getting black screen crashes, I seemingly can't play for more than 5 minutes without it happening, and then I have to hard restart =/
Tried some online fixes and haven't seemed to work.
Gotta wait for Blizz tech help forum and see if they decide to help I guess.

Then you can make a macro like this:
/cast Disenchant
/use [I]item name here[/I]
