What gear do you need to get into cata instances? Or do you need to be level 85?

Cata Instances? You need to be level 80 for the first one. Unless you mean heroics in which case it's like 326 average iLevel

What the hell? Everytime I try and do a cata instance via dungeon finder tool it says you do not meet the requirements or something along the lines of that. Even at level 82, I even tried it with all my WoTLK gear.
