You do realize "finished" doesn't mean the QA is done right
Must suck from a developer's point of view, have your game all finished, but have to wait 1-2 months for it to be released. Kinda like when you buy a present for someone, and you just can't wait for them to open it because you want to see their reaction.

Here's an idea: for all people who pre-ordered Portal 2 on Steam, get an early release. Because honestly, the only people who care about Portal have it on Steam.

Yeah, it [b]is[/b] all about PC as Valve's games were originally exclusive to PC, making us his original audience.
Portal 2 comes out 3 days after I come back from a 4 week camp that my school makes me go to for some gay reason and they have no internet access there whatsoever.
I don't want Portal 2 to come out before this.
Early pc release date = Nerd orgasms everywhere = More loyal customers for Valve = People telling friends that Valve is even more fucking awesome = Lotsa money for Valve

How about you just don't go? Your school can't [b]make[/b] you do anything.
They are probably playing through it and working out bugs now. I think this game will set all new levels in valve game development.
Yeah, especially when Gabe said it's the best game they've made so far and his overall favourite.
