Yeah, but they said the Official release will be in 2010. So... yeah i don'r now how long beta's usually take but i would say a few months so maybe in may?

Maybe issues was the wrong term to use, i'm just saying that i hope levels 1 to 40 won't be a grindfest like in FFXI. Don't get me wrong i loved the game, i just wish there were more quests to do.

I didn't really seem to mind it that much, I suppose it's due to the fact that I did the majority of my grinding with a party. But yeah, more things to do for just starting players besides grinding would be nice.
I finally made up my mind and signed up for the beta.

Well this fucking sucks. I signed up in December, only to learn my application to the beta never made it.
I signed up like 2 weeks ago. No emails.
I didn't get into the beta either.

I decided to sign up, but I had to make a Square-Enix account first. They never sent me a confirmation email and I can't ask them to resend it for 24 hours.

The first few waves are exclusive to FFXI users. The rest of us will get it later.
