I'm assuming that everyones still on Cornelia. I'm Iam Themusicman on it if you wanna party up.

It's so hard to judge the strength of monsters. I attacked some bug (doing about 6 damage to it) and it retaliated with 1400 damage, three times more than my max health.

Have the patches fixed the crash upon launch bug? I wanna try and play now.

My friend had the same problem, try going into the EU site.

Whenever I try to start the game now, I get this message "13001 The lobby server connection has encountered an error. Error Code: 1015 Satus: 0"

My download stopped at 98.3.

Yes! I got it working finally. Picking the World as I type. I'm assuming everyone is on Cornelia?

All of the servers are back up, so why won't you finish you silly updater.

If you can't be arsed to try and wait for the updater, you can download this file and place it into: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Version\downloads\ffxiv-beta\bca2a8ae\patch\ [url=http://www.megaupload.com/?d=VMCFA5ZP]D2010.09.05.2000.patch[/url] Download at own risk however, though it seems to work for me.
